Sometimes tickets will print where the barcode is half missing like the image to the right. This is a very simple fix.
- On the Boca ticket printer, press and hold the MENU and CHOICES button until the FACTORY MENU displays on the LCD window.
- Keep pressing the MENU button until you get to the item SKI MODE
- Click the CHOICE button and set SKI MODE to NO and then press the TEST button.
- The LCD screen should now show EXIT AND SAVE, click the TEST button a second time and the printer will reset.
The printer should now be configured and the barcode will print the correct size.
