Adding an automated ticket count for an agent

Learn how to automatically email an agent the ticket counts for your event.

  1. Click view to the right of the event you are wanted to add the automated emails to.
  2. Once the event is open,  on the left side in the Event Navigation area (towards the bottom) select Reports.
  3. Scroll down to Agent Report, in the bottom of the box you will see Automated Email Report List . All the way to the right you will click on the yellow ADD AUTOMATED button.
  4. Here you will add the email addresses as well as the format of the reports and schedule when they should be delivered. Once you have completed this page click on ADD NOW.
  5. You have now completed the process of adding emails to the automated reports and they will be sent in the scheduled times you have chosen.
