Ticket Delivery – Text Messaging

We text people tickets all the time, here is what to expect from the tickets that we text to the ticket buyers.

Some customers might opt in to receive their ticket via a Text Message. This is formatted to fit their screen for easy scanning. If for some reason you are unable to scan their phone, you can click on the barcode which will prompt you for a password. The password is 7882 (STUB spelled out). Below are a few screen shots so you have an idea of exactly what the customer will see along with the screens to manually redeem the ticket.
