Quick Order Entry (radio winners, comps, guest lists etc…)

The night of the show, this will allow you to quickly insert those guest lists into the Will Call list.

1. Log in to your StubWire account and then click VIEW to the right of the event.
2. On the right side under Action Items click on QUICK ORDER ENTRY.
3. Click on the ORDER TYPE.
4. Select the type of order.
5. You will then click on the drop down for TICKET PRICE and then on DELIVERY METHOD (generally these will be WILL CALL however if it is in advance you can send as emails if you choose to)
6. Enter the REASON FOR TIX (radio, headliner guest list, contest winners etc…) and then enter the order info. You do not need to fill out the email address unless you have chosen Etickets as the delivery method. If you are putting in more than ten orders at a time, you will enter the first ten orders and then click ADD NOW. For additional orders you will repeat the process.
