When you get a new Boca there are a couple items that should be set for the best output of the printer.
- Hold both Menu & Choices buttons until it says Factory Menu on the display
- Hit the Menu button until you get to Special Head and then push Choices until you hit Rev ADJ2 P1 (older printers use Rev ADJ2.5 P2) and then hit Test twice to save the settings.
- Hold both Menu & Choices buttons again until the display says Factory Menu
- Hit the Menu button until you see Ski Mode. Once you are on Ski Mode click Choices until you see No and then hit the Test button twice to save the settings.
- Try printing a new test ticket to see if your settings have been configured.
