How to take an event off Advance Sale

Typically the only time you would take an event off advance sale is if you do not have internet access at the location of the event. This area has been designed so when you are ready to print the purchased ticket list, you first take the event off advance sale so when you print the purchase ticket list you know that no more orders will be coming through.

  1. Click VIEW to the right of the event
  2. On the right side of the event page, click the button “Take Event Off Advance Sale”
  3. Choose Now or In the Future
  4. Fill out the following and choose whether or not you want to email yourself the ticket sales list.
  5. Now if anyone comes to the site they will see the below message
  6. If you needed to put the event back where people can purchase online, you can click the same link on the event details page which will again log it into the Event History
